Terms of Service

Last updated July 7, 2026

Wada.ink is a small indie project. These terms are the basics. There's no legal team here, so keep that in mind.

The service

Wada.ink is an atlas of Sanzo Wada's historical color combinations, plus a community where signed-in visitors can build and publish their own combos, comment on any Color or Palette, and favorite or collect what they find. It's free, ad-free, and not for sale.

Accounts

Sign in with Google or GitHub. There's no separate password. On first sign-in you get an auto-generated public Username. Your real name from Google/GitHub is never shown publicly. Only you see it on your account page.

Your content

A Custom Palette you publish and any Comentario you post are public and permanent once created. You can't unpublish or delete them later. A Comentario also can't be edited, so write it like you mean it. You keep ownership of what you write. Publishing or commenting gives Wada.ink permission to show it the way the product works, under your Username. A moderator can hide a Comentario. An admin can hide or edit a published Custom Palette's name or description if it breaks the rules below.

Acceptable use

Don't post anything illegal, harassing, or abusive. Don't spam comment threads. If you break these rules, a Comentario can get hidden, your publishing/commenting/moderation permissions can get revoked, or your account can get disabled for repeated or serious abuse.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account starts a 90-day grace period. Sign back in with the same Google/GitHub account during that window and everything comes back. After 90 days it's permanent. Anything you already made public (a published Custom Palette, a Comentario) stays visible, now under "deleted account" instead of your Username.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or around forever. Use it at your own judgment. To the extent the law allows, Wada.ink isn't liable for damages from your use of it.

Changes

These terms may change as the project grows; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be finalized] , without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
