Aconite Violet · Dark Soft Violet

Two violets at dusk, one leaning to red, the other to blue.

Both colours belong to the violet band, near neighbours that differ only in their lean and their light. There is no contest between them, just a slow turn of hue and a small step of value. Closeness like this gives a deep, even calm, and the clean colour keeps it from going dull.
